Anne-Marie Mercadante, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Anne-Marie Mercadante is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York State. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Monmouth University and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also has adjunct certification in hormone replacement and peptide therapy.

With over 17 years of experience as a primary care provider, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan; integrating preventive health, chronic disease management and episodic care for acute illnesses. Her clinical interests include weight management, hormone optimization for both men and women, and patient education, all delivered through a comprehensive and holistic approach.

She is currently pursuing advanced education in longevity medicine to further support long-term health, vitality and wellness for her patients.

She has additional experience in travel health and has participated in medical service trips to both Haiti and Africa, which broadened her perspective on global health and culturally responsive, compassionate care for people from all walks of life.
